Remote Control, mobile, Desktop handoff and cloud sessions
You can continue a session from anywhere: Remote Control for local sessions from another device, moving between mobile and Desktop, and cloud sessions that run without your machine. The flexibility requires knowing where each session lives.

- Enable Remote Control per the official page to continue a local session from another device, with trusted-device authentication.
- Learn the handoff paths: what moves between mobile, web and Desktop and what stays local.
- A cloud session keeps running with your computer off; it fits long tasks that do not need local files.
- Keep the distinction clear: a local session sees your files, a cloud session sees only what was uploaded or is in git.
Common pitfall: A lost or stolen trusted device is a door into your sessions; manage the device list and remove what is not in use.
